Chicago Botanic Garden

A grey May day, but kept the trip to Chicago Botanic Garden.  Other than the tulips and daffodils, don't know any of the flowers names, but didn't really care to learn them.  Was just out for a stroll in a pretty place.

Amazing for all the water, I only saw one pair of geese and one pair of ducks.  Wonder how they keep all the geese away.

Rose Garden - but none were blooming yet because of the never ending winter we've had, everything is blooming later than usual.
Sandpiper mom - calling for her little chick - he was so tiny!  Mom covered him up in the middle of the grass.
